Due to the extremely limited nature of the products being sold here at Nueblo; order cancellations, returns and exchanges are NOT accepted. Please double check your item and size in your basket before processing payment to ensure you have the correct item. Nueblo reserves the right to deny any orders at our own discretion.
CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM(S)?
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can inform you on where to send your item.
WHAT ITEMS ARE EXCHANGEABLE
- Within 7 days of receiving your order
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Tags and labels in original condition.
- In the original packaging
ARE THERE ANY CHARGES FOR MY EXCHANGE?
- There are no charges for exchange
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- You are responsible for exchange shipping charges
- Any import taxes will be deducted from the refund
HOW DO EXCHANGE?
- Enter your order number and email address in the link at the bottom of the page and click Start an Exchange
- Follow the screen instructions and select the items you want to return
- You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines
HOW SOON WILL I GET MY EXCHANGE?
- Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 business days.
LATE OR MISSING EXCHANGE/ACCOUNT CREDITED?
In a chance that the defected item is approved and you wish to get your card debited. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com
If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
